Cappuccino or latte macchiato?
The cappuccino has a double espresso on 120 ml of milk, the latte macchiato an espresso from 9 g on 200 ml of milk. The cappuccino tastes bolder, the latte macchiato milder.
Espresso or americano?
An espresso is about 30 ml with plenty of crema. An americano is a double espresso with 120 to 150 ml of hot water, larger and milder, with the crema on top.
