Terms of service
1 Scope and provider
(1) These terms apply to all orders in the FREDDO online shop (freddokaffee.de and freddokafes.gr). The provider and your contracting party is AEN GROUP Μονοπρόσωπη Ι.Κ.Ε. (AEN GROUP Single Member P.C.), Plot B, Cadastral No. 663, 57001 Thermi, Thessaloniki, Greece (Επί Αγροτεμαχίου Β Κατ. (2) A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. These terms also apply to business customers unless agreed otherwise in the individual case. We prepare offers for business customers made through the business page individually.
2 Conclusion of the contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.
(2) By clicking the order button in the last step of checkout you submit a binding offer to buy the goods in your cart. Until then you can check and correct your details at any time or cancel the process.
(3) Right after submitting your order you receive an order confirmation by email. With this confirmation we accept your offer and the contract is concluded.
(4) The contract languages are German, English and Greek. We store the contract text. You receive the order details with the order confirmation, and you can view and save these terms on this page at any time.
3 Prices and shipping costs
(1) All prices are final prices in euros including the statutory VAT of the country of delivery.
(2) Shipping costs are added. From an order value of €58.00, that is from 2 bags, shipping is free. Shipping costs per country are listed in the shipping information and shown in checkout before you order.
4 Delivery
(1) We deliver to Greece, Cyprus, Germany and Austria.
(2) We hand the goods to the carrier no later than 2 working days after the contract is concluded, for payment by bank transfer no later than 2 working days after payment is received. Delivery takes: Greece 2 to 4 working days, Germany 2 to 4 working days, Austria 3 to 5 working days, Cyprus 6 to 19 working days.
5 Payment
(1) Checkout shows the available payment methods before you order.
(2) For payment by bank transfer we ship the goods once payment is received. The bank details are in the order confirmation.
6 Subscription
(1) With a subscription we deliver FREDDO at the chosen interval (every 4, 6 or 8 weeks) at the price shown when you subscribed. There is no minimum term.
(2) You can cancel the subscription at any time without notice, in your customer account, by email or with the button “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page. The cancellation applies to all deliveries not yet handed to the carrier when we receive it. We confirm receipt of your cancellation by email without delay.
(3) Each subscription delivery is paid when due with the payment method chosen when you subscribed.
7 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
8 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are in the withdrawal policy. You can also withdraw with the function “Withdraw from contract here”.
9 Legal guarantee
The statutory rights for defects apply, for goods at least two years from delivery. The harmonised EU notice on the legal guarantee is shown on the product page, in the cart and on the page Legal guarantee. Please check the goods for transport damage on receipt and report any to the carrier and to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
10 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under product liability law. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation whose fulfilment makes the contract possible in the first place and on which you may rely, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
11 Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Consumers in Greece can contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).
12 Final provisions
The law of the Hellenic Republic applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not remove the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
