Cappuccino

3 minutes1 servingBy FREDDO ·

To make a cappuccino you need 3 minutes, 18 g of finely ground FREDDO Espresso and 120 ml of milk. First pull a double espresso into a warmed cup so it does not cool down at once. Rinse the cup with hot water or keep it on top of the machine. Then steam the milk to about 60 °C into a fine foam. Hold the tip of the steam wand just below the surface until the milk gains volume, then lower it deeper so you get a smooth, glossy foam without large bubbles. When the jug is so hot that you can barely hold it, the temperature is right. Tap the jug on the counter, swirl the milk and pour the foam into the espresso. Without a steam wand, an electric milk frother works too. If you like sugar, add it straight to the espresso before the milk goes in.
