Cancellation policy

In short: no minimum term, no notice period, pause or stop any time, 10% cheaper from 2 bags per delivery.

Subscription at a glance

With the FREDDO subscription you receive FREDDO Espresso at the interval you choose, every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. A delivery of 1 bag costs the same as a one-time purchase (€29.00) plus the shipping costs of the country of delivery. From 2 bags per delivery the subscription is 10% cheaper (2 bags €52.20 instead of €58.00) and shipping is free. There is no minimum term and no notice period.

Payment and delivery

Each delivery is paid when due with the payment method chosen when you subscribed. We hand each delivery to the carrier no later than 2 working days after it is due; delivery times are listed in the shipping information.

Pause, change, cancel

In your customer account you can reschedule deliveries, change the interval, pause or end the subscription. You can also cancel at any time with “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page or by email to info@freddokafes.gr. The cancellation applies to all deliveries not yet handed to the carrier when we receive it. We confirm the content, date and time of your cancellation and the end of the contract by email without delay.

Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to the subscription; the period starts with the first delivery. Details are in our withdrawal policy.
